軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生信息化建設(shè)與發(fā)展構(gòu)想

摘要： 針對我軍多樣化軍事斗爭準(zhǔn)備和衛(wèi)勤保障工作的特點(diǎn)、任務(wù)與要求,探討了未來軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生信息化建設(shè)與發(fā)展構(gòu)想、指導(dǎo)原則和擬開展的幾項(xiàng)重要工作。闡述了"一頂、四梁、七柱"的軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生信息化建設(shè)整體構(gòu)想,以此通過硬件平臺與軟件平臺建設(shè),構(gòu)建"天地一體、互聯(lián)互通"的軍民融合式衛(wèi)勤指揮平臺,實(shí)現(xiàn)平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合的衛(wèi)勤指揮調(diào)度與衛(wèi)生信息資源共享。
Aiming at features,tasks and requirements of diverse military campaign preparation and hygienic guarantee, this article discusses the concept of future military health informatization construction and development,guiding principles and proposed significant jobs to be carried out.It elaborates on the integral concept of military health informatization construction with "one top,four beams,seven columns",which is used to establish combined hygienic maneuvering platform between the army and the people with "integration of the sky and the land with interconnection" via the construction of hardware platform and software platform,achieving integrated hygienic maneuvering dispatching in peach and war times and health information resources sharing.
