多因素對(duì)上肢典型操作疲勞評(píng)估的影響(英文)

摘要: 目的研究8個(gè)重要因素在上肢典型操作時(shí)對(duì)疲勞評(píng)估的影響。方法將32名被試者分為男性青年組(G1)、男性中年組(G2)和女性組(G3)。通過L16(44×23)正交表把6個(gè)因素的不同水平組合進(jìn)行排列,被試者按照此表中的變量組合設(shè)置進(jìn)行每人16次的上肢曲/伸操作。實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中記錄主觀疲勞得分(BFI)主觀疲勞得分并計(jì)算對(duì)應(yīng)時(shí)刻的對(duì)外輸出功,兩者相結(jié)合來評(píng)估操作策略。結(jié)果G1和G2組差異(年齡)不顯著,而G1+G2和G3組的差異(性別)達(dá)到39%(P<0.05)。手臂舒展程度、操作頻率、操作方向、負(fù)荷、姿勢(shì)對(duì)工作性能的影響是不一樣的。對(duì)于這3個(gè)組的各個(gè)因素優(yōu)選條件是完全一致的。結(jié)論操作績(jī)效中的性別差異比國(guó)外同類研究的數(shù)值大,要引起更多的關(guān)注。不同因素的特定組合可以提高操作績(jī)效。 Objective To study the influences of 8 important factors on fatigue evaluation as performing typical upper extremity operation. Methods Thirty-two subjects were divided into young male (G1),mid-age male (G2) and female (G3) groups. They were required to perform right arm flex/extend operation under different situations for 16 runs. L16 (44×23) orthogonal array was used to combine different situations (factors). Brief fatigue inventry(BFI) were recorded and simultaneous manual works (energy) were calculated. Both of them were used to evaluate the operation strategies. Results Difference between G1 and G2 was not significant,whereas it was as large as 39%,between G1+G2 and G3 (P<0.05). Arm extension degree,operation frequency,operation direction,workloads and posture produced different effects on work performance. The optimum conditions of each factor were exactly the same among 3 groups. Conclusion More attention should be paid to gender difference in physical task setting,which is found larger than former foreigner reports. To deliberate combination of different factors with special levels can improve work performance.
