醫(yī)療總值班制度的實施和管理效能

摘要: 近年來醫(yī)院設置醫(yī)療總值班制度,選拔、培養(yǎng)具有臨床經(jīng)驗和管理經(jīng)驗的人員擔任值班人員,深入臨床一線,獨立決策、協(xié)調(diào)和解決問題,配合反饋、整改機制,實現(xiàn)了醫(yī)療質(zhì)量監(jiān)控實時化、醫(yī)療事務管理扁平化、危機管理時限化和醫(yī)療服務增值化,有效地提升了醫(yī)療服務質(zhì)量。 A general medical on-duty system has been established in our hospital in the recent years,by which a team of excellent medical workers on duty was selected and trained,who are of rich clinical and managing experience.These workers go to the front line,make independent decisions,coordinate and solve problems and adopt a feedback and corrective mechanism.As a result,a real-time quality monitoring and management flattening have been achieved.Meanwhile,a quick crisis management and value-added service are provided.Therefore the service quality in the hospital has been effectively improved.
