摘要: 本文在對(duì)軍隊(duì)教學(xué)醫(yī)院臨床醫(yī)師績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了一套科學(xué)、合理而且實(shí)用的績(jī)效指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系,客觀、公正地衡量和評(píng)價(jià)臨床醫(yī)師的工作業(yè)績(jī)和水平,有效激勵(lì)臨床醫(yī)師的工作積極性,以全面提升軍隊(duì)教學(xué)醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平。 On the basis of analysis on status of performance management for clinic physician in military teaching hospitals,an indexes system were set up to analyze the performance the physician impersonally and equitably,with which the manager could prompt the enthusiasm of clinician and upgrade the medical treatment and service quality.
