軍醫(yī)大學(xué)文職人員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題與對(duì)策

摘要： 建立和實(shí)行文職人員制度,是軍隊(duì)用人制度改革的一項(xiàng)重大戰(zhàn)略舉措。本文對(duì)軍醫(yī)大學(xué)文職人員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析并提出具體對(duì)策。
It is establishment and implement of the nonmilitary personnel system,which is an important strategic tactic for the reform of military human resource system.The article analyzed the issues of the establishment of nonmilitary personnel in the military medical university and gave the detailed countermeasures.
