熱休克蛋白的生物學功能及其對細胞的輻射防護作用

摘要: 熱休克蛋白(HSPs)是細胞在受到刺激后產(chǎn)生的非特異性保護蛋白,參與細胞的損傷修復(fù)。本文介紹了熱休克蛋白的分類及其分子生物學特性,概述了其分子伴侶、抗細胞凋亡、抗氧化功能等細胞保護作用的機制,從射線誘導(dǎo)HSPs表達、抗輻射誘導(dǎo)的細胞凋亡、DNA損傷防護等方面總結(jié)了HSPs的輻射防護作用。HSPs有可能成為新一代輻射損傷防護劑。 Heat shock proteins(HSPs) are nonspecific protective proteins produced by cells after receiving stress stimulation which participate in cell damage repair.This article introduced classification of heat shock proteins and their molecular biological features,and outlined the mechanisms of their protective functions for cells,such as molecular chaperones,antiapoptosis and antioxidation.This article also summarized radiation protective functions of heat shock proteins from following aspects: rays induce the expression of heat shock proteins,resisting cell aopoptosis induced by radiation and DNA damage protection.Heat shock proteins have the potential of being a new generation protective agent against radiation damage.
