新型食品添加劑吡咯喹啉醌的分離純化工藝研究

摘要: 為了對(duì)新食品添加劑吡咯喹啉醌(Pyrroloquinoline Quinone,PQQ)發(fā)酵上清液分離純化工藝中大孔樹脂吸附洗脫步驟進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提升洗脫收率,本文采用XAD-1600大孔樹脂對(duì)上柱液中PQQ進(jìn)行吸附和洗脫,對(duì)洗脫劑種類進(jìn)行篩選,對(duì)上柱液的pH值、洗脫劑中氯化鈉的濃度、洗脫溫度和洗脫流速等工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,計(jì)算洗脫收率。結(jié)果表明,在PQQ上柱液pH值為3.5,洗脫劑... (共4頁)
